As demand for our chocolates increased, it became clear that we needed more space. In the spring of 2003, we moved a portion of our candy making to a new candy factory in Brookfield, CT. With the opening of the 4,000 square foot factory, we are able to meet the demands of our current customers, have some free time and space to develop new recipes, and consider wholesaling opportunities.
We have already introduced several new products - a line of gourmet creams, crisp squares in 5 delicious flavors, sponge candy, toffee & caramel, and peanut butter crunch.
