Q: How do I reach customer service?
A: You may contact us at 203.438.0065 or by email at info@deborahanns.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible during our normal business hours.
Q: How long will it take before my order is sent?
A: Please allow 24 hours to process all orders. Priority Mail orders will ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Express Mail orders will ship every day except Saturdays and Sundays. On occasion we may be temporarily out of stock of an item -- we will contact you if we anticipate a delay.
Q: What if I want something that is not available online?
A: Deborah Ann's makes a wide variety of chocolates. At this time only some of our candies are available for online ordering, but we are happy to ship any of our chocolates. If what you want isn't available online yet, please email or call us at 203-438-0065 to place your order.
Q: I have a nut allergy, can I eat your chocolates?
A: Even our chocolates that do not specifically contain nuts may have trace amounts. Please use you own discretion based on this information.
Q: What is the best way to store my chocolates once I receive them?
A: It is best to store our chocolates between 65 and 72 degrees in a place free from strong odors. Refrigeration/freezing is not recommended as the chocolate will absorb food odors and may discolor due to condensation. Our chocolates are best consumed within two to three weeks from purchase -- which is usually not a problem!
Q: What if there is a problem with my order?
A: We take great pride in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know by calling us at 203-438-0065 and we will make arrangements to promptly send you a replacement. Please note, unless you have requested warm weather shipping, we cannot be responsible for heat related damage.
