 Candy can be one of the most satisfying indulgences when it is done right, and we take a lot of pride in doing it right. For example, we spent much time selecting the perfect chocolate to use in our candies. We wanted milk and dark chocolates that would taste great on their own and complement our exceptional centers. Our milk chocolate has a silky smooth texture and melts nicely on the tongue. It is not grainy and overly sweet like many milk chocolates are. It has just a hint of caramel flavor. Unlike most milk chocolates, the milk used in ours has been cooked and allowed to caramelize. We love the unique taste and think you will too. Similarly, our dark chocolate has just enough sweetness to counteract the natural bitterness of the chocolate but not interfere with the fabulous flavor. These wonderful chocolates combined with the finest ingredients in our unique recipes make our candies extraordinary. OUR CANDY MENU We have listed a sampling of our favorite candies. This is not a complete list and we are continually trying new and exciting recipes, often at the suggestion of our customers. ASSORTED GIFT BOXES
Something for everybody. A delectable assortment of caramels, creams, clusters and more, hand packed in our 1/2 lb., 1 lb. or 2 lb. gift boxes. BARK We roast fresh almonds and mix them with our delicious milk or dark chocolate. The mixture is spread thin and broken into squares. If you like our almond bark, you will love our Special Bark. We add dry roasted peanuts and raisins to the almonds for an unbelievably good combination. BUTTER CRUNCH Our most popular candy. Fresh dairy butter, pure cane sugar, and almonds are cooked to a golden brown. The batch is poured out to cool and cut into deliciously buttery squares that are smothered in either dark chocolate or milk chocolate and topped with chopped almonds. BREAK UP CHOCOLATE For the chocolate purist. Solid chunks of dark, milk or white chocolate that are easily broken into bite sized pieces. CARAMEL We make caramel the way it was meant to be -- rich and creamy. Our caramels are hand cut into squares and dipped in milk or dark chocolate. CARAMEL NUT PATTIES Our creamy caramel together with almonds, cashews, pecans or peanuts, covered in milk or dark chocolate. It doesn't get better than this! CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BRITTLE Fresh peanuts are roasted in the kettle as the brittle cooks. When it turns a golden brown the candy is poured out to cool, broken into pieces and covered in our delicious milk or dark chocolate. CLUSTERS - THEY ARE NOT JUST NUTS ANYMORE! Peanuts, almonds, cashews, raisins, crisped rice, toasted coconut or potato chips, mixed with milk or dark chocolate and spooned into bite sized morsels. CREAM CENTERS Think you don't like creams? Try Deborah Ann's. They are not just flavored globs of corn syrup. Our creams are made with pure cane sugar, fresh dairy cream, and authentic ingredients. All varieties are available in milk or dark chocolate.

CRISP SQUARESORANGE CREAM - Made with real orange juice and pure orange oil. RASPBERRY CREAM - Made with real raspberries. STRA WBERRY CREAM - Made with real strawberries. VANILLA BUTTER CREAM - Made with fresh dairy butter and vanilla. Flavored chocolate with an added crisp, molded into squares and hand wrapped in foil. We currently offer lime or mint crisps in dark chocolate, coffee or orange crisps in milk chocolate and a lime flavored white chocolate with toasted coconut that will send you to a tropical paradise. FUDGE Made with real cream and butter, our fudge is smooth and delicious. We offer a wide variety of flavors, including, the ever-popular chocolate, chocolate walnut, vanilla, peanut butter chocolate, mint chocolate, vanilla caramel, & English toffee chunk. We have many seasonal varieties and often add new and interesting flavors. GLACE FRUITS Imported from Australia, then covered in our delicious chocolate. We offer apricots, pineapple, orange slice, orange peel and ginger. MARSHMALLOW Homemade marshmallow is cut into squares and covered in chocolate. The same delicious marshmallow is used in our Marshmallow & Caramel and Peanut Butter Pillows (a layer of peanut butter topped with marshmallow and covered in milk or dark chocolate). MINT "PATTY" One of our first candies, this mint sensation was named for Mike's mom. Smooth and creamy, covered in dark chocolate, it remains one of our most popular items. PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH It's soft yet crunchy and oh so peanut buttery. We created this for our peanut butter lovers. Available in milk or dark chocolate. SPONGE CANDY When we discovered this type of candy on a trip to Pennsylvania we couldn't believe how delicious it was; we just had to start making it ourselves. Crispy, yet ethereal, the golden sugar center melts in your mouth - a little bit of heaven covered in milk chocolate. TRUFFLES The ultimate indulgence. Made with rich cream and chocolate, our ganache is velvety smooth. It is hand rolled and covered in solid chocolate curls, vermicelli, cocoa, nuts or finely chopped espresso beans. Choose from amaretto, chocolate, chocolate with hazelnuts, coffee, champagne, Grand Marnier, Irish cream, raspberry or rum. Or try an assortment. Truffles are available in 4, 8, 15 or 28 piece gift boxes. |
